Ghost's big, goofy grin disappeared for awhile. His person had passed away leaving him confused and lonely. He came to CHS for a fresh start.
But Ghost needed more than comfort for a broken heart. He had pneumonia and Lyme disease too! His eyes were begging for relief.
Because of friends like you, he received the veterinary care, TLC, and the new family he needed to bring his grin back.
Your gift of $72 will give 2 pets shelter and care for one day.

Is CT Humane a member of any national organization like the HSUS or ASPCA?

There is no national organization which provides direct care and financial support to Connecticut shelters on an ongoing basis. Supporting your local shelter supports your community.
